Ron White

Perhaps best known as the cigar-smoking, scotch-drinking funnyman from Comedy Central’s “Blue Collar Comedy”, Comedian Ron “Tater Salad” White has established himself as a star in his own right. His acclaimed “storytelling” comedy has led to two Grammy nominations, a Gold Record, two of the top rated one-hour specials in Comedy Central history, a New York Times best seller, and CD and DVD sales of over 10 million units. Ron White returns to The Grand following a sell-out performance in 2008.

“I've got this dysfunctional brain,” White tells Reuters. For some reason it processes information and it comes out funny.” Fortunately for the rest of us, White likes to share: in addition to the Blue Collar Comedy Tour, the Texas comedian has performed on various tours and television specials, recorded several albums, and has written a book entitled Ron ‘Tater Salad’ White: I Had The Right To Remain Silent…But I Didn’t Have the Ability.
