Gift Certificates

The Grand is committed to giving back to our community and neighbors by donating gift certificates to shows for auctions, raffles, and other fundraising efforts. We are happy to support your cause!

Please follow these guidelines to submit a donation request:

  • Donation requests must be submitted at least 30 days prior to the event. All requests must be received on organization letterhead or with accompanying language clearly stating what organization is to benefit.
  • All gift certificates will be sent to the benefitting organization address only. Please, no home or private addresses.
  • Recipients will be notified by mail. Please, no phone calls.
  • Due to the high volume of requests we receive, The Grand will only honor one donation request per organization per calendar year. Please plan accordingly.
  • Requests are processed on the 2nd and 4th week of the month and mailed accordingly.
  • An organization that does not allow sufficient time for a request to be fulfilled is advised that approval is not guaranteed.
  • All donation requests are for general ticketing; no specific shows will be honored. The Grand reserves the right to exclude shows from eligibility for gift certificate redemption.
