Box Office Sales Representatives

  • Reports to Box Office Management
  • Handle customer service
  • Knowledge of Box Office ticketing software how to sell a ticket (single, groups and subscription), returns and exchanges, etc.
  • Process and distribute tickets
  • Knowledge of The Grand events and those of rental organizations utilizing Box Office services
  • Knowledge of benefits and discounts given to customers of The Grand and those rental organizations utilizing the Box Office
  • Increase sale potential rather than just passive ticket sellers
  • Maintain the basic physical integrity of the Box Office
  • Have a knowledge of The Grand infrastructure and that of organizations utilizing The Grand facility
